Stay away from this place. The whole hotel needs an upgrade. The shower head was wobbly and kept in place by a single screw. The bathroom was so small that I had to sit sideways on the toilet. My arms kept hitting the wall when I was showering because the place was so small. The sink and the floor were not washed any of the days. I had to mop the floor myself using paper. There was also a weird smell in the bathroom. The breakfast was served in their sister-hotel 200m down the street. The buffet was OK at most. The isolation was horrid. You could hear doors slamming shut at all times of the day. The day I first arrived, a guy was drunk-sleeping in the lobby. All in all, the place was shabby and I would not go there again. Plus for being close to the beach and for the good air-condition though.

Gut für den einfachen Ballermannurlauber. Man hat nicht viel, das Hotel ist alt und sehr Hellhörig. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer gerade bei der Ankunft war auch nicht super, da im Bad noch Haare waren. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wenn man sich dessen entledigt hat, hat man aber alles was man braucht, ein Bett und ist fussläufig in 10 Minuten am MegaPark und 20 Minuten am Deutschen Eck. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand sind in 1-2 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die Klospülung läuft durchgehend. Nicht nur in meinem Zimmer - ich habe mich mit anderen Gästen ausgetauscht. Dusche stinkt nach Abfluss und wechselt im Sekundentakt zwischen heiß und kalt. Komplettes Hotel ist verdammt hellhörig und die Zimmertüren können wohl nur laut zugemacht werden. Für das Geld war der Aufenthalt eine Schande.

Bei wünschen sind Mitarbeiter ansprechbar und freundlich, manche Zimmer sind etwas alt und riechen feucht. Uns fehlen etwas um Handtücher etc. aufzuhängen. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker

Wir waren ohne Kinder auf einem Kurztrip. Von Flughafen und nach Palma gute öffentliche Verkehrsverbindung auf fairen Preise (5€ von Flughafen, 2€ nach Palma). Hotel ist ca. 250 m von Meer/Strand (ca. 3 Minuten spazieren), überall Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Hotel war voll, aber ruhig. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, modern, genug Platz für zwei, mit einem kleinen Balkon. Statt Schlüssel wasserfester Armband, sehr praktisch. Personal war alle sehr nett, freundlich, hilfreich, deutschsprachig. Vielen Dank für ihres Arbeit. Am ersten Tag waren wir schon um 8:00 da, wir konnten gegen Aufpreis sofort frühstücken, unser Gepäck da lassen und unser Zimmer war schon 11:30 fertig. Frühstück gibt es im Hotel, aber auch kann man im Hotel Planet One - 1 Minute zur Fuß - frühstücken, ein bisschen größere Auswahl. War sehr lecker. Nur Kaffee haben wir extra gekauft (wir mögen Espresso, und kein Filterkaffee). Man kann auch Planet One Pools benutzen. Wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

Positiv muss ich die Sauberkeit, Personal und das Frühstück beurteilen welches aber in den überwiegenden Negativen untergeht. Das Zimmer 007 war viel zu klein! Verwendung der Toilette sehr beengt, Zugang in die Dusche musste ich mich durchzwängen und auch in der Dusche hatte ich kaum Platz mich zu waschen. Der Minipool welcher überwiegend von jungen und betrunkenen Menschen genutzt wurde, ist genau vor dem Fenster und man fühlte sich in der Lautstärke immer mittendrin. Hauswirtschaftsraum sowie Durchgang nahe der Zimmertür ist es den ganzen Tag ziemlich laut. Leider fühlte sich meine Freundin nicht wirklich sicher. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr besuchen.

Das positive zuerst: das Frühstück und die Pizzen an der Cafeteria waren hervorragend, der Espresso auch. Leute an der Rezeption sehr nett. Gute Lage in zweiter Reihe am Strand von El Arenal. Die Zimmer sind zudem mit einem Tresor ausgestattet. Als Zimmerschlüssel gibt es Armbänder mit Chip, die nicht so leicht verloren gehen. Mein Einzelzimmer fand ich jedoch nicht gemütlich. Die Bettdecke war nur ein leerer Bezug und es waren keine Handtücher im Zimmer vorhanden. Die Wände waren in wenig ansprechenden grau-braun gestrichen. Außerdem keine Tür zwischen Schlaf- und Badezimmer.

Vielleicht mal das positive zuerst, zimmerschlüssel als Armband, mega, Wasserdruck richtig gut. Frühstück war ok. Lautstärke und Sauberkeit sind für mich allerdings das ko Kriterium für eine nächste Buchung. Bad war schmutzig und bei meinem Bett waren die Bettbezüge anscheinend nicht gewechselt. Gut und irgendwer muss halt mal die Innenhofaussicht haben 🙈 insgesamt sehr hellhörig und in der Nacht klappert es immer und überall. Resümee, kann man für paar Tage feiern machen wenn man nen guten Schlaf hat.
