We had a lovely family stay at Crystal Resort. My children enjoyed the waterpark and the access to the beach! The staff are so friendly! Djevin brings so much energy to his role - he was amazing with keeping us entertained and laughing throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

First Time At Crystals Beach Resort

The hotel looks really nice from the outside and the entrance and foyer convey a lovely ambiance. Checking in was a very relaxed affair. They made us feel very welcomed as we came in from the heat, by seating us on some comfortable chairs and serving a refreshing drink whilst completing all the formalities. Whilst waiting for the room to be readied, they gave a tour of the hotel and it was beautiful - very clean and fairly quiet and relaxed. The perfect getaway. Rooms are arranged in blocks and only have three floors or so. I didn't see any lifts, so that is a consideration for those with mobility issues and heavy luggage when checking out although you can ask for a porter. Rooms were enormous with huge comfortable beds, huge bathrooms and a lovely balcony. The food was plentiful and delicious, the beach was gorgeous and the staff were amazing. Having never stayed here before, I would not hesitate to book another stay.

A little disorganised at check in. Reception staff insisted I present them with a voucher before they would give us access to the room. I had no voucher (is this the 1990s???) and would not accept that a booking in my name would in fact be my reservation!! Not ideal after a 12 hour flight from London. 90 minutes completely wasted and frustrating to say the least. However, that was the only issue with the hotel. Room was huge, food excellent, selection of drinks was excellent and all staff super friendly at all times.

A Truly Memorable Stay – Warm, Welcoming, and So Worth It! My fiancé and I came from Canada and stayed two nights at Crystal Beach Resort Bellemare in December 2023 and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the warm welcome to the incredible service, everything was exceptional. The food was fresh and varied, the drinks were great, and the entire staff from reception, housekeeping and restaurant made us feel genuinely cared for. As Mauritians living abroad, we were deeply touched by how respectfully we were treated just like any international guest. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been our experience at every hotels we’ve been in Mauritius, but this hotel made us feel truly seen, welcomed, and appreciated. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the heated pool was the cherry on top. We felt completely relaxed and on vacation. I loved it so much that we gifted a stay to my parents a 2 nights all-inclusive stay. It was their first-ever hotel getaway and they were absolutely glowing with happiness the entire time! If you’re looking for a peaceful, genuine, and high-quality stay in Mauritius, whether you’re local or visiting from abroad, we can’t recommend this hotelenough. We’ve already started recommending it to our friends and colleagues in Canada who are thinking about visiting Mauritius! To the entire team: Thank you so much for making this experience, both for us and for my parents, something truly distinctive and unforgettable!

Pretty but dissapointing.

We were asked to move our car three times on arrival in the large, empty carpark as apparently one area was saved for taxis, another for staff and a third for a wedding. Every evening they changed their minds as to which of the empty slots was OK to stay in. Check-in was poor as we were left in the bar areas without a drink for 20 minutes not knowing what was happening. The first room we were moved to was next to a fence to a public areas with really loud music playing so we had to ask to be moved. Food was average at best and, where not included, very overpriced compared to much better restaurants across the island. Drinks were expensive (150 Rs for 1 litre of water) but it was not permitted to bring your own. The advertised wi-fi was only in the bar area. It 'worked' about 25% of the time and even then was intermittent and only 0.1Mbps (slow!). The advertised satellite TV was three local and very poor channels which were unwatchable.

Un superbe hôtel situé en bord de mer sur une belle plage au sable fin avec la vue sur la mer depuis les chambres premiums 🌴🌊. Le personnel est très attentionné jusqu’aux moindres petits détails,chambres ainsi qu’hôtel très propre nettoyés régulièrement, petit déjeuner et dîner copieux plusieurs restaurants sur place aire de jeux pour les enfants bref le paradis sur terre! Bravo.

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre sublime

Les chambres sont propres, récentes, vastes, très bien équipées avec un très grand lit, douche et baignoire, wc séparés ainsi que dressing. L'hotel est très bien entretenu et situé dans un cadre sublime, à l'image de l'ile Maurice. Le buffet propose un vaste choix et il est possible de reserver également dans un des 3 autres restaurants de l'hotel. Par contre, bien que parlant français, le personnel de la réception peine à répondre à nos demandes et semble peu réactif, ce qui est dommage vu le standing affiché par l'hotel. Nous sommes cependant repartis enchantés de notre séjour.

Toppen hotell med allt man kan önska

Min man och jag bodde en vecka all inklusive, Vi var båda supernöjda med vår resa. Mycket vänlig personal. Fina och goda bufféer. Rummet var stort med en stor balkong med sköna möbler. Stort hotell område med en hel del aktiviteter under dagarna. Åker gärna tillbaka och skulle verkligen rekommendera det till andra. Låg en bit utanför byn. Men för vår del passade det alldeles utmärkt.
