The grounds are BEAUTIFUL! Our room was very clean...great amenities...comfortable beds...working air conditioner...great continental breakfast...very friendly and helpful lobby and cleaning staff. Great for a family. We were visiting from the east coast for a wedding. Kids loved the pool and it’s in a great area close to everything. Room was big enough for our family if 5. 2 queen beds snd a pull out sofa bed in a slightly separate area to the side.

Such a beautiful setting for this hotel - you don't even know it's a hotel. ;-) Lots of greenery and a creek running through the grounds. Very pleasant stay - we saw BTS in concert at the University and it was an easy 1 mile walk to the venue. Great location in Palo Alto and would definitely stay again!

Stayed here for a concert at Stanford Stadium, the staff was really friendly and the room very spacious, the property was very quiet and well maintained. There is a deli right next to the hotel with amazing sandwich and baguette options. There was a small issue with my card charged twice, spoke to the night manager and they helped me with it.

I rarely take the time to write a review, just because I’m lazy. But I do want to make sure to give this place a great review ! First of all, you can’t beat the price. Secondly, it’s a very pleasant setting. The hotel was quiet, modern and the beds were really comfortable. I felt very safe, plenty of free parking and just an overall lovely atmosphere.. I’m used to the high prices of the San Jose Hotels, so I was nervous about the quality of this budget friendly hotel in Palo Alto. It exceeded my expectations !
