Property was nice and staff were great. The indoor heated pool was nice but was way over capacity. People had the back door propped out and it felt like people not staying at the hotel were swimming. There was about 50 people all from one family there making it miserable for my family.

Pretty nice compared to last place we stayed at down the street. Here for business. It was surprisingly quiet (we don’t live in a city) and the people were friendly. Will come again next time we have to stay in Palo Alto
