Hotel très bien situé, à moins de 2 minutes à pieds de la marina, de plusieurs dépanneurs et des restaurants. Jardin et piscine magnifiques, très bien entretenus. Chambre propre et confortable. Personnel accueillant et très accomodant. Je vous le recommande fortement!

Nice view and gardens but that's it!

Don't let the name of this hotel fool you, there is no beach at this site on the lake. The hotel is about half a block from the lake. This hotel is quite dated and worn. If you want a good nights sleep bring ear plugs, there are numerous stray dogs in the area who howl and bark all night and morning long. The rooms are not very sound proof and you can here conversations from the garden clearly as if they were in your room. My room had a gap in the door from the room to the balcony which let in the mosquitos. The pool is very small and more like a kiddy pool and looked a little cloudy when I arrived. When I went to check out I was billed for a double which was $10 more than a single. When I spoke with Juan Francisco he argued with me that I had reserved as 2 people despite the fact my reservation clearly stated 1 person. He insisted that I pay for a double room even though it was obvious I was one person. The customer service from this man was non-existent and I found him rude and uncompromising. The tv and stand was placed in front of the cupboard so if you wanted to put your clothes away you needed to move the tv and stand.

View of lake good but getting smaller as building work taking place in front of hotel. Loud music till 12 midnight. Hotel needs updating- very expensive for what it is. No English spoken. Pool very small.

Bad, mosquitos, unhygienic, un livable

The room & bath area were filled with mosquitos. The bed sheets & pillowed looked like they were a few decades old. This place doesn't even meet the basic metrics as an entry level hotel. This doesn't even fit a hostel. We checked out in 15mins - was totally un livable. I would not even pay $10 per night for this room. Personally hotels.com should list rooms from this location.

Hotel was generally good but extremely noisy as discos nearby that go late (especially Saturday). It was very windy and flapping iron and banging doors were noisy. Staff very friendly.

Budget hotel with beautiful view!

This place is a great budget hotel! Very large, comfortable room with big windows for beautiful views of Lake Atitlan. There's a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view and breeze. Only downside is that there is no a/c - would be nice to have a screen door on the balcony, to get the breeze without any bugs.

This is not a fancy property but very clean and friendly -- cannot beat it for the price -- balcony overlooking lake atalin makes for a wonderful view and many lakeside restaurants nearby

This hotel is located across the lake... The garden is nice the pool is nice..... That's the only thing I can say good about this hotel. The rooms are very runned down and the curtains are falling apart, the bathrooms was old and smelly we would have forfitted the money for the night stay but it was late and dark out there and it was our first time in Pana

Al principio me asignaron una habitacion sin vista, encerrada, sin iluminacion y muy diferente a las fotos publicadas por lo que solicite el cambio. Considero que deberian ofrecer primero las mejires habitaciones. La nueva habitacion muy amplia con chimenea pero el lugar muy bullicioso, musica a todo volumen desde temprano, perros ladrando, buses sonando la bocina, etc. En el baño encontre basura del huesped anterior... El personal es muy amable.
