Requested day 1 houskeeping make bed, change towels, never done. Property dirty! Mew facility but if keep running like this will be a mess soon. I was told they were overbooked. Happy hour had one bartender and struggling.

Beautiful resort!! Bathroom wasnt as clean as it should have been. Shower had broken metal thing just leaning up against wall of shower. Debris still on shower floor. Otherwise everything else was great.

Very nice suites, 1 King bed, balcony, Gulf view: first floor room was street view and very noisy; 2nd room, 4th floor, was pool view and partial view of Gulf with 2 Queen beds although 2 suites King bed, balcony and Gulf view were reserved and confirmed. Furthermore, there was a difference of $123.48 between what I paid when reserving through Expedia and what Embassy Suites hotel in Panama City Beach actually charged me. What's the point of reserving specific rooms three weeks in advance and not receive what you ask for?

Some confusion at check in which led tocus not getting the room we paid for but staff done an amazing job at fixing the situation. Clean, friendly staff, great amenities, excellent location, Will definitely be back.
