This property is two years old, we stayed last year and about six weeks after it was built. It’s in very good condition given how new it is, really love the pool and the hot tub, love that I can take my dog with me. I do wish there was a microwave in the room. I am a little bit disappointed in Coconut Charlie’s, the quality seems to have gone downhill just a little bit and staff were slow to serve drinks the one night I did go to the bar - and with mostly empty tables. But the breakfast is still amazing, the hotel staff are very professional, and you can’t beat the view from ocean facing rooms.

Me and the hubby stayed 4 nights. Wonderful staff!!! Breakfast was good and really enjoyed my balcony room looking out at the ocean. Pool was nice and then just a few more steps we was on the beach. Really enjoyed our stay and will be staying again.

Charged $50 to check in early after being told our room was ready. Wouldn’t allow a late check out. A lot of smoking at the pool and beach areas. No umbrellas one day. Staff was overall rude and not willing to help. Our balcony next door was smoking pot constantly which kept us from being able to enjoy our balcony.

Great view and within walking distance to many sites, but definitely leaves something to be desired as far as staff and cleanliness. Most of the staff were fine but one staff told us on multiple, separate occasions that the “24 hour Starbucks” wasn’t available. Though it was suddenly available after shift change. This interaction definitely left an impact on us and our view of the hotel. The other reviews about housekeeping every 2nd day is true, so you will have trash build up and need additional towels, but if you catch housekeeping they are more than happy to help.
