Parking is free, however you have to park in the neighbors parking lots. They were not using the underground parking for whatever reason. Expedia has extra charges when you check in. not alot but still its is something that should have been disclosed or added to the initial charge. Also there needs to be a broom provided in each room the sand is an issue which comes with the territory but a broom would be a nice added feature. The noise level -0 quiet level 10 very nice
