Granted that they have to pick up and drop off guests all the time but there should be some priority given to some cases . eg: Like waiting to go to the airport with baggage. "Very nice hotel, option to use a kayak on the small beach. Food was good, room was very clean. Town/shops is about a 30 min walk away. Our room was on the top floor and there is no lift so request a low floor if you don’t want to carry suitcases up stairs!"
