“the staff was quite rude. the first room we got unpacked and had to move to another room because the a/c wasn't working. we had 2 baseball teams with parents and grandparents staying there. my daughter and grandson had mold in the ceiling of their bathroom. one of the workers said there were a quite of few rooms that were not even rentable because of lack of maintenance. we had a few up to maybe a half dozen who checked out and moved to another hotel. we were there for 3 nights. the...

“This was definitely a get what you pay for room. The bathroom was the worst of it. It had definitely been “renovated”. There was sloppy caulking, with the empty caulk canister still in the trash. There was scraped off caulk on the floor. And whoever was in the room prior hadn’t even flushed the toilet. It served its purposes, but don’t expect anything more than mediocre.”

“The room was great, although the ac/heat was completely off so if you book in the summer expect a super hot room. I cranked up the air conditioning and left and after a few hours it got better. The parking areas were a little sketchy, the long term tenants make the place a little hostile feeling. My sink didn't work and the handle piece broke off. “If you spill anything on the bedding you might as well take it. My husband spilled whine some got on the sheet, we were nice and let them know, so they charged us for it after washing. If I had known that I would have just took the sheet home since I was being charged for it anyway”
