We arrived to garbage everywhere from a party the previous evening, the jacuzzi didn’t work, no toilet paper or paper towels, no pamphlet about the property, my son contacted Eleni 12 times and I contacted her several times (she was rude and arrogant and uncooperative), the hideabed was filthy and we wasted so much time of our two days there waiting for assistance or responses. “호텔뷰 하나로 모든 것을 압도하는 숙소입니다. 정말 멋진 풍경을 숙소에서 볼 수 있습니다. 수영장, 조식, 서비스 모두 만족합니다. 다만, 시내까지 거리가 좀 됩니다. 걸어서 20분 정도? 숙소에서 시내갈 때는 내리막길이라 괜찮은데 올라올 때는 오르막길이라 낮에는 힘들었습니다. 밤에도 지치긴 하더라구요 그거 외에는 모두 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 추천드립니다.”

“Very nice hotel, well located. Did have mosquitos and flies in room and found a dead one in my bed once. Had an issue with hot water the first day but it got fixed. Hotel wifi didn’t reach our room and we had to use data our whole trip (plus the connection is spotty so even data was slow). Breakfast was good and the pool area is amazing with great beds to nap and tan.”

“어머니와 여행중이었고 트윈룸을 예약하였으나 더블룸으로 체크인해주어서 댜시 물어보니 그제야 트윈룸로 변경해주었습니다. 객실에 티슈가 없습니다. 전화해서 가져다줄수있냐고 물어보니 기본제공이 아니라고하네요. 2박이었는데 기본제공 물도 하루치만 주길래 한번 더 줄수있냐고 물어보니 한번만 제공된다며 주지 않았습니다. 미니바는 둘째치고 객실내에 그 흔한 커피와 티백도 없습니다. 직원들은 친절하긴해요. ”

“This property is the epitome of customer service! First I was greeted at the ferry dock by two staff members! Upon arrival at the property the resort manager gave me an overview and then another staff member lead me to my unit. The staff were always friendly and helpful! The restaurant is top notch! The food is delicious, well presented and very flavorful!”
