“We had pre-booked a twin bedded room; when we arrived, it was a double; the receptionist tried to move the beds apart but couldn't as there was a double fitted sheet keeping them together. He thought that moving the beds would be acceptable until we pointed out that there was only one base sheet and one duvet ! We asked for someone to change the beds before we accepted the room: this took a long time. The receptionist was not very friendly: we knew that we had to pay 1 euro tourist tax but he...
