“The staff is what makes the stay! An absolutely phenomenal group of people who truly care about you and what they do. Buffet food was great although the a la carte restaurants stood out.
From the moment I checked in with Mitzi, to the little tour and information provided by the bellhop Elvin to even the servers and hosts (I wish I could remember everyone's name!) but quite the excellent stay. I absolutely fell in love with Costa Rica and will be back!!
There were a few snags along the way but...

“The staff and workers were nice and polite at all time.
There was no hot water which it difficult to get ready to travel home. I called twice, told the front desk while checking out. Nothing was done or offered for the inconvenience.
The food was delicious especially at the speciality restaurants.”
