“picked up and dropped off is very poor, not water pressure, no left for the older people, no left, no breakfast or even tea for the customers, I paid my pick up and drop off, but not come to pick me up.”

“We had the most amazing four nights at Tawali! Felt very welcomed and were stunned by the views, the reefs and the bird life! The house reef is incredible! We snorkeled/free dived everyday. The staff at Tawali were so lovely and always happy to have a chat. We loved our snorkeling boat trips and were lucky to see some manta rays! We can’t wait to go back. Room was great and we were kindly given an upgrade. Food was great! We also did the skull cave/waterfall tour and the bird walk organized by...

“Nora went out of her way to help especially when my flight was cancelled and we had to get to the airport by 7am the next day to be certain that I got on a flight. It may seem expensive that she charges 70k to pick up and take you into town but she spends a lot more time than just doing that. She is keen to please. The main problem there is that the internet is pretty patchy but I think that is a problem all over PNG due to the water in the hydro dams being short and therefore a lack of...

He went to the point asking directly for a tip saying because I will be leaving tommorow and blatantly lying about how "they don't accept tips under USD 50". I eventually gave him the tip because to be frank I am a push over. I just hope the hotel come up with better training for their...

“Clean and well maintained rooms. Worth the money. A good hide out.”

“The first room that we were put in had a broken lampshade, the safe didn’t work, the shower water went from boiling hot to cold with no middle ground, but the dealbreaker was that the door wouldn’t lock when we left. It could be opened from the outside. Also, the room was really cold and the thermostat only controlled the fan and not the temperature. After some waiting, they eventually moved us to another room that was better. The hot/cold shower issue was marginally better, but the other issues...

“Goof”

“Excellent Hotel. The entrance though can be reconstructed better for arrivals and pick ups. The high fence should be removed in my opinion. Overall best hotel inclusion into Port Moresby.”
