โVery cozy, clean and Large place to stay
All staffs were very responsive to all the requests.
Kitchen appliances were neat and modern and bathroom was flawless.
Perfect place to stay for any purposes.

โEven the price was relativetly affordable the quality in overall was excellent. Especially the unique decoration of paintings with antique furnitures. The staff were also very kind. Due to work I haven't much chances to enjoy the city of Geneva but still I was already satisfied due to the stay with this hotel. If anyone have a chance to stay in Geneva Kipling will be my recommendation.
P.S. The breakfast isn't super good but considering the high cost of living this is something too much to be...
โI was impressed how well the staff handled the difficult situation in which I needed to relocate to another hotel since the room I booked was not available anymore. One of their team members took us to another (very nice) hotel, paid for the taxi, ensured express checkout and made sure the breakfast was included. Building customer loyalty in unexpected situations is not an easy task, but this team did an amazing job. Will come back for sure.โ
