"The property is perched high up, some 120 steps up from the harbour. If you don’t feel like carrying your own luggage you can hire the service of a local mule for 20 euros. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable recommending local restaurants. Our room (201) was situated at the end where of the building overlooking the harbour. We had a terrace at the rear to sit and enjoy a glass of wine but this did not have a view. Our shower doors were missing but this was not an issue.s the beds were very comfortable and the hotel was very clean all round. A number of options for the continental breakfast were offered including scrambled eggs and bacon which was bonus. The clock tower strikes at the hour and half hour throughout the day but ceases at 10pm and restarts at 6am! That was a bit of shock after the first night! Access to good waking along the coast of Hydra and island day hoping should you want to. We think you’d exhaust all attractions in 2 days but just watching the yachts in the harbour passes the time. "The Bratsera was such a lovely place to stay! It is rich with history and offers premium food options. The rooms are a tad older but that just adds to the charm. The staff was warm, inviting and incredibly helpful. It is close to cafes and shops. Perfect stay for anyone looking for a cozy spot on Hydra!"
"We stayed in this apartment 2 years ago and were so pleased it was available for this stay. Great location in quiet area. We loved the large room and full kitchen. Fresh warm bread is delivered every morning for breakfast. Lovely!"
"Great Property in the middle of Hydra.
Staff was excellent. Room was cozy and comfortable.
Gym was excellent for a property this size and breakfast was also wonderful"
"Excellent location and view. We booked a Tower room with view and were upgraded to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with living room and dining room. This was HUGE! Front desk gave me a yoga mat for my room upon request. The wine provided as a gift was great. And the bottled water was generously replenished daily. The bath products were excellent. Breakfast was pretty good, including fresh figs one day! Spa was also excellent. I highly recommend this property. The hotel also provided free transfer service from the ferry port. "
"We recently stayed at Orloff Resort and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff stood out for their warmth and attentiveness. They not only took excellent care of us but were also incredibly accommodating and kind towards our dog, which made our stay feel all the more special.
The resort strikes a perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. The swimming pool is calm and you can enjoy some drinks. It’s tucked away in a serene, quiet setting that allows you to fully relax, yet at the same time it’s just a short walk from the heart of everything, making it easy to explore without ever feeling far from the action.
The combination of calm surroundings, caring staff, and the genuine dog-friendly atmosphere made our stay feel both personal and memorable. We highly recommend Orloff Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful escape without giving up the benefits of being close to town."
"We stayed at this hotel and experienced an exceptional level of hospitality – the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always available for any request. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with great attention to every detail. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and inviting, the facilities were in excellent condition, and everything felt high-quality and thoughtfully designed. The location is fantastic, and overall we felt we got far more than we expected. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly pampering experience."
