"Free shuttle bus from airport, friendly and helpful staffs. Got help with our suitcases from the bus to delivering it to our room. New hotel, so everything was big and clean. Lots of things to do in the hotel. Bought waterpark admission as did not pick the package, they gave me discount for it. I was also able to store our luggages while we go around Korea. "

"Incredible it was the best place to stay in my birthday trip was incredible. The train stations were nearby and the staff were one of a kind.
