The Royal at Atlantis

"Although we had a pleasant visit, Wwe’ve encountered some issues within our room during our August 2026 stay. First issue was that the AC would turn off by itself without any warning. It just stopped working and no button we pushed would turn it back on. When we complained, the receptionist instructed to “open and close the front door” as it would reset the A/C. Although the instructions resulted in the AC turning back on that time, the same action trick did not work again, even though we tried multiple times, sometimes in the middle of the night. As a result, there were a few nights we had to endure a 90 degree heat and high humidity. Second issue in the Royal hotel was the door to the bathroom, which was really hard to shut closed correctly. As the door seamed off it’s hinges, one needed to use a significant power to push the door shut and then lock it. Unfortunately my kids, 10 & 12, were not able to push the door closed by themselves, Lastly, we were surprised to find a few of the restaurants closed during our visit. This resulted in limiting us to using the same restaurants, although we were hoping for more variety. In general the stay was pleasant if it wasn’t for these few issues we’ve encountered"

From the moment my friends and I arrived, every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely fantastic; each dish was a delight, bursting with flavour and prepared to perfection. And the drinks? Simply outstanding! Every sip was refreshing and crafted with great care. The attention to detail in the bar was evident, making our evenings all the more enjoyable. What truly made our time at Warwick unforgettable was the exceptional customer service. Karen and Alexis stood out as absolute stars, going above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Their warmth, professionalism, and friendly attitudes truly made a difference, and my friends and I cannot thank them enough. But it wasn’t just Karen and Alexis—the entire team we encountered was nothing short of amazing. Everyone was attentive, cheerful, and committed to delivering the best experience possible. It’s clear that you all take great pride in what you do, and it genuinely shows. Thank you, Team Warwick, for creating such a memorable and enjoyable stay for us. We left with big smiles, full hearts, and a strong desire to return again soon. Keep up the fantastic work!"
