"We stayed in a bay view room with king bed. Room was newly renovated very clean with nice views. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel has a new restaurant, we had a breakfast there. You can either do a buffet or à la carte, but it’s not complimentary. we liked made to order egg omelettes. There’s also Starbucks in the lobby, small beach and they’re adding brand new pool. Only thing that we didn’t like was thin walls, we had loud neighbors next door, they were having sex and we heard it all. You also have to pay for parking "

"Front desk person was very rude and dismissive and would not allow me to speak when i was trying to explain my situation as i had some workers show up to stay at the hotel. They refused to work with me on changing the name on the reservation and told me i could not get a refund. Horrible customer service and overall experience."

"The room was fine. Beds comfy. The room was alittle outdated and the bathtub was cracked alittle. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was also great. The pool was clean but you have to get up early to get a seat. We enjoyed are stay here and the price was good for spring break time "

"The staff Samantha and Araianne were awesome . The hotel was dirty and the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked a few times there was holes all over it and did not close property. The toilet was running the hotel room was dirty.. the airport shuttle was late a few times that we had to use it. There’s plenty of hotels in the surrounding area. I would definitely choose a different one and maybe they should hire the two employees that helped me because they were excellent."
