"The apartment itself was lovely, very clean and well maintained. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a small cleaning kit provided for washing up and general cleaning – a very thoughtful and useful touch.
The main difficulty was finding the apartment complex and accessing the accommodation, especially when arriving later in the evening. We arrived after 7 pm and unfortunately I had not received any email with the necessary check-in instructions, access code or information about where to find the key safe.
The whole complex was quite difficult to navigate and the key safe itself was not easy to locate. We were extremely lucky to meet another family who had received the instructions and helped us find everything. Without their help, I genuinely don’t think we would have been able to access our apartment that evening.
Clear and reliable check-in instructions sent in advance, particularly for guests arriving after reception hours, would make a huge difference. Once inside, however, the apartment itself was very nice and clean."
