“The hotel was spotless, and the staff were friendly. It's a bit expensive, as I was expecting more of a luxury hotel. The only bad thing was the breakfast one morning, when everything was cold and the cup of coffee wasn't hot. The toast was hard as a rock, so it was a total disappointment for the price. The hotel person did provide a discount upon checkout after I complained that no one in the kitchen would answer the phone.”
“Best staff- I've stayed twice now and there customer service is excellant. The first time I stayed they were very welcoming. The hotel is in a very safe and walkable area.
This second stay I had a four hour gap between my other check out and check in with Nomada. They kindly stored my luggage and were able to get in a place two hours early which I greatly appreciated!”
