Horrível

Muito ruim. Cheguei de dia p check in e tive q ficar batendo uns 5 minutos na porta, q estava trancada. Com bagagem, cansada, risco de ser assaltada… Não tinha secador de cabelo para emprestar na recepção. O forro de cama tinha cabelo do hóspede anterior, não trocaram. Banheiro tb. Pedi iFood e disseram que não tinham talheres para emprestar. A maçaneta estava caindo. A localização não é boa, perigoso sair a pé.
