Good price and good hotel

The hotel was amazing for the price we paid. While it was a bit outside of central paris, it was easy to reach and in a pretty safe feeling neighbourhood. The room was clean and had all needed. I'd book a room here again!

Very nice neighborhood, close to groceries and the metro which is perfect. The bathroom was a little bit rundown but as a clean freak I was not bothered that much. It had everything necessary for a week stay and the staff was soo friendly!

Strongly recommend!

Great apartment hotel to visit Paris. Short walk to metro station, grocery at the corner, amazing bakery close by. Only a 30mins metro ride away from major attractions and 20mins car ride to the airport. Nice balcony on the top floor. Would definitely stay there again!

The Aparthotel is well cleaned and closed to convenient/shops . No issue with our stay from check in till we check out The metro is walking distance, quite neighbourhood and the price is quite impressive for 2 days stay👏👏👏. To CDG airport is less than 20min by uber depending the traffic Highly recommended 👍

Stayed with our baby for a few nights. Good walkable distance to two big train stations. Nothing mind blowing but overall very sufficient and comfortable. We really appreciated having the bedroom separate from the living area and having the small kitchen.

The property was fine for our four night stay. It was located close to a metro station. The shower could be better, it had a seal broken so water would leak out. Other than that, the room was fine.

You get what you pay for - this place offers reasonably priced rooms close to Paris. It’s within walking distance to a metro station which makes it convenient to get to all the tourist sites. There are cafes, bakeries, and grocery stores that are walkable. The place itself is dated. The rooms are just basic, nothing special. There is NO AC so be prepared to use the provided fans. Though they have a washer and dryer on-site, the dryer did not fully dry my clothes after adding extended time and cutting the amount of clothes in the dryer, by half. That made for a stressful situation because I was left with a bag of damp clothes I had to hang around the room to dry.

Good Hotel, Great receptionist (Wesley)

the hotel is very cool, in my view it was very nice, the breakfast wasn't so bad and best part is that it is just about 5mins walk to Gabriel Peri train station which takes you to paris in less than 30mins.. The hotel night receptionist by name Wesley (Wapi) was so helpful and amaziing, he recieved me warmly and made my stay and nice one. cheers!

The rooms are comfortable and have plenty of space although not so many furniture, but the manager kindly provided us with an extra table. Location is good but a bit too far from downtown and metro station is not so close, 10-12 min walk. The rooms don’t have air conditioner, so take notice if you travel during hot season.

Our room was directly above the entrance, and since there was no air conditioning we had to keep the windows open. This made it very noisy, especially with late-night arrivals. The lack of mosquito screens also made it uncomfortable. On the positive side, a grocery store is very close, and transportation is very easy.

The hotel itself is passable, but it's let down by inconvenient transport links. The nearby metro station is on the notoriously overcrowded line 13, and we dreaded having to catch it everyday as we would find ourselves crushed on the train matter what time of day/night.

No AC in the property. You need to open the window and sleep if it’s too hot. Front desk gave a table fan and told there is no ac in the building. House keeping daily is an extra charge. From parking to property there is no proper lift. You need to take stairs and it’s dark. Overall the stay was terrible and wouldn’t recommend to stay here

Unhappy stay.

Not completely happy with our stay here. Not only did it take 30 mins to check us in, as the receptionist “could not access our booking”. After, we had to wait for a room which should have been ready as we came in the evening. We then got a room that was not the original one that we booked. It was much smaller and cleanliness was poor.

Cold room

The room was very cold and the radiator was locked. Cold spell in Paris required heat in the room. Had to sleep with pajamas, socks and a heavy wool sweater with a comforter. Caught a cold thanks to the fact that I couldn’t warm up in the room. Spoke to front desk. They couldn’t/ didn’t do anything. Very sad way to spend 2 weeks I. Paris.
