Room was clean and comfortable, but a little tired and could do with hand soap provided. Breakfast very good and staff friendly and helpful. We booked superior room, but were given accessible room on ground floor so shower flooded the bathroom floor, and it was noisy from street and metro underneath.

This hotel was super close to the Gare de Lyon train station and close to many restaurants, shops and bars. We arrived early and couldn't check in yet but they were great about holding our luggage until our room was ready. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again if we're back in the area.

The room was clean and had beautiful decor. The staff was welcoming and courteous upon arrival and departure. I was pleased to walk into a fresh cold, air conditioned room. I slept very well. I had an early morning departure and did not have breakfast at the hotel. I plan to stay again the next time i am in Paris. Thank you very much for a comfortable stay.

The location and staff were excellent. The room was clean and we were pleased that there was a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. The review is 3 stars because the room was in need of maintenance. The decor was tired and one wardrobe door was propped on the floor, only one flush worked on the toilet and the shower tray was damaged (although still useable).
