Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Le propriétaire n'est pas venu pour le check-in. Je suis resté dans le froid pendant 2 heures. J'ai contacté le service client pour trouver une autre solution et payé moi-même un nouvel hôtel. Je n'ai plus de réponse du logement concernant le remboursement. C'est scandaleux et inadmissible de promouvoir des arnaqueurs !
