Great scenery from the room. Very quiet around the hotel especially in night and morning. Access to the Metro station is good, although you should climb the hill to get to the hotel from the station. I could not air conditioner in the room.

The accommodation was everything I had hoped for, lovely rooms with all the facilities we needed for an overnight stop, perfectly clean throughout and the staff were welcoming and friendly when we needed them. The site is a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro up a gentle slope, directly outside the Metro is a small cafe, supermarket and bakery. We had everything we needed.

The front desk staff were very helpful and answered any questions we had. There were a lot of restaurants not too far away. Anytime you run water in the sink or shower, the whole room makes a loud vibrating sound. I thought maybe it was just our room, but I could hear it coming from other rooms at all times of the day and night. This also was less of a hotel and more of an apartment/dormatory. We stayed for a week and housekeeping didn’t clean our room once. This was also pretty far from Paris by car, and the closest train station was about a 15-20 walk away. Not the worst stay, but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Good overall for the price. You get a nice room, some cleaning troubles but nothing unbearable. 1hr long trips to get to the center of the city using the L7 metro station. I’d say the connectivity is good. Could use more hospitality on reception but considering it’s not fully a hotel it’s ok. The hotel building seems a bit uncared for, Wi-Fi is really bad and ac did not work.

Too hot. Needs air-conditioning!

The staff were excellent and the accommodation was clean and convenient. However, it was a 5th floor room with no Aircon, we had the sun blasting in all day, it was like having the heating on full. We couldn't spend anytime in the room or sleep. They need to get air conditioning, maybe the silver curtains would help? It was extremely unpleasant. We asked to change to a room at the back of the building and were given the room next door! Made no difference.

What disappoints us during our stay for 7 days were; first, we got into our room past 3pm the check-in time and the room was not clean yet waited for at least 45mins. Second, no towels til our 3rd day of our stay, in fairness to the Receptionist if I remember his name right Yacine, he was apologetic and it’s not his fault either. (He even said it’s not normal for a hotel not have clean towels). Last was the elevator was broken during our last 2days, we were on the 7th floor its ok coming down but going up is hard. But for the price and the room overall still good.

The property itself felt safe but around it was not. The elevator only went up and would not go down so you had to take five flights of steps each time. We asked for an extra pillow and they did not have any additional amenities. Felt more like-a college dorm

We weren't told that there was a parking garage and it wasn't shown on the site that we booked on. De bedsheets had stains and the shower had hairs in it from their previous user. The lamp didn't work correctly as it would just turn on or off out of nowhere.

Seems to be a brand new property. Even though it says breakfast included nope not until July 1 they said. Primary room light was controlled by the remote. but everyones remote controlled everyones fan and light. So someone comes to their room at midnight turns on their light and yours also turns on waking you up. They adjust their fan and yours changes also. NO Air-conditioner so the fan was very important. Unless you want fast food you have to walk a minimum of 10 minuets. This is a residential area nice and quiet but nothing around.
