The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel seemed kept up and cleaned. The snacks in the lobby, drinks in the room and Olympic welcome gifts were nice. The rooms were smaller than expected and we asked to be changed rooms for more space. We were able to get a room change and however, it was also small but the bathroom was bigger. The room floor boards need repairing as they were squeaky with every step.

It was very convenient, we walked to Montmartre every day, we were able to walk within 40-45 min to all major sights, the breakfasts were very fulfilling, we had enough free drinks for all three of us, staff were friendly, accommodating and caring.

My family of 5 just checked out after a five night stay. We were in rooms 214 and 215, which adjoined through a secure hallway. The location is excellent to many sights with tons of great food options. It's a little less touristy than other areas like around the Eiffel Tower or Louvre, but we liked that. The restocked mini bar with water and soda was fantastic, and they set out snacks late in the day which was nice to return to while we sorted out dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were super super small. The staircases were dirty and tight. The furniture in the rooms was on the cheap side, very flimsy. It wasn’t worth the price per night

The room was too small, there was about 1 1/2 to 2 feet around the bed and that is it. I got hit on the shoulder every time I passed the window, they kept forgetting to refill the coffee and cream in the room,

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant. The hotel's location is perfect, very convenient for getting around. I stayed for one night with my toddler; while the room was a bit small and noisy, it worked fine for our short stay.

From the moment we checked in, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We had a triple room for me, my husband and daughter. It was spacious for the 3 of us with a desk, mini fridge, and nice bathroom. We loved opening our window and seeing what was as going on outside. The beds were so comfy, the room cleaned daily as well as free mini fridge restocked daily!! There was a nice breakfast buffet with friendly attendants and snacks were set out during the day. There were at least 3 metros that we walked to. Maybe 2 doors down was a fabulous restaurant and we were off the beaten path so definitely a nice local spot. Not a touristy area so it was nice and quiet, but also convenient to public transportation to get around quickly. We felt that the hotel was very clean and we felt very safe walking the area.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The property was clean, well kept and comfortable. It was very close to two different Metro stops, a pharmacy and a grocery store, all of which we used. There are also a nice variety of restaurants very close by. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate the breakfast one morning which had a good selection and was well worth the price. The mini fridge/bar in the room was a nice addition. I would highly recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again in the future.

Hotel is nice and room was upgraded after first night to bigger room. Liked the staff and the location. Free soft drinks and water in mini bar. I did not get the tour that expedia promised me. Gold Gold tier member As a Gold member, you’ll get these perks 1 Free tour for 2 per stay Free room upgrade when available. There was NO free tour. Hotel looked at me like I was wrong and did NOT give me any free tour.

Low key hotel in quiet street. Has all you need-clean and comfortable-decent size bathroom. Free breakfast which was enough to start your day. Easy walking distance to Metro,plenty of local restaurants and short walk to centre-Opera/Galleries Lafayette etc. Staff speak good English and are very helpful.

I only stayed one night and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the bathroom was. The single room with a double bed can feel a bit cramped if there’s 2 people but as I was only one person, it felt fine. There’s blackout curtains which was very useful. The only con about the room was that you can hear every creak from upstairs and outside the room. Otherwise, staff was friendly, room was clean. It was pleasant.

Very nice hotel in a very nice area. Close to public transportation and restaurants. Room was a bit small, but this was my first time in Paris and that may be standard. Hotel was clean, which is always a plus, and provided free snacks and drinks in the lobby area all day. Only thing we didn’t care for too much was the buffet breakfast. Was just ok. Everything else was great.

We loved this hotel! Very very clean, and the staff was very friendly and kind. Location was great, it is a 2 minute walk to the nearest metro station. It is a very safe neighborhood with bakeries and cafes nearby. Front desk staff was able to accommodate our room to be ready earlier than our check in, which was nice. We booked a triple room, and it had plenty of room for 3 people to unpack and sleep comfortably. They also provide free refreshments and snacks in the lobby after 2pm. Only problem we came across was the safe in our room wasn’t working, and unfortunately the mechanic never came by to fix it during our 6 night stay. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!
