Helpful staff, great location, but our room was a dud. The hotel seems beautiful on the lower floors, it is worthwhile it seems to book the more expensive rooms here. However, our room was like a shoebox and our view was horrible, it looked out over an exhaust area across the interior of the building. We paid a pretty penny and I was pretty disappointed with the room that we got. When we arrived, it was dirty, we found fingernails on the bedside table when we arrived. Hotel staff was accommodating and apologetic, but it was disheartening for first impressions. The room often smelled like mildew, I'm guessing due to the location and area our window looked out over. Overall the interior of the hotel is a little more rundown than you can see in pictures. It was a safe hotel and I appreciated the helpful staff, but I can't deny that I was disappointed.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of Le Marais. The rooms were small as you would expect in Paris, but extremely comfortable. We loved the area and there were restaurants and pedestrian streets everywhere in Le Marais. I could stay there again. Very helpful staff
