Amazing staff, we are so appreciative of all the assistance and kindness we have received from every one of the hotel staff. Especially Hakim who helped us get settled in and even pointed us in the direction where we could find multiple locations for food.

Would stay here again next time we're in Paris!

Very clean, bed comfy, excellent staff. Staff really went out of their way to help us, especially the nice lady at reception who said her English wasn't good so she asked us to type what we needed on the translator. She was so helpful as well as all the staff. Thank you everyone at Hotel Regency for making our stay in Paris so memorable!

Good value

Good value, well located hotel. Staff were friendly and happy to store our bags for the day. Hairdryer was weak and the toilet which is like an echo chamber is separate from the sink/shower. I would recommend a d be happy to stay again

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Paid for breakfast based on what they told us would be served, but it wasnt so that was money wasted. The room was very small for a family of four traveling with luggage. The staff was great and very helpful

Lovely little gem with friendliest staff in all of Paris- Sabrina, Antonia, George, thank you for lovely chats. The room size is small but it is very well designed and the bathroom design and cleanliness make up for the small size of the room. There room is equipped with a Dyson fan and a kettle for starting your morning right. And the bed was so comfortable that I slept very peacefully for full 8 hours. Located in a safe, residential area. 10 minutes from La Defense station and a bus stop at doorstep. A bakery and some shops are a short walk away. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will be happy to stay here again 😊

It works

The hotel offers the necessary items for a stay. It is very practical. Nothing fancy. In the room i found socks and other items from previous occupants. For the price I would at least expect a clean room. But the shower was hot and the bed done.

Decent place to stay - could do with a little updating. Everything is done with paper tickets. The staff are (a bit too) laid back but warm and polite. The towels werent'changed over when I arrived which made me a little concerned about the cleanliness of the room. But there wasn't anything noticeably a problem.

The wifi

The room is amazing, enjoyable and comfortable. But the main issue is that the WiFi is slow and sometimes it’s impossible to connect to which bother us a bit because we don’t have that much GB and the WiFi is incredibly important to us. I recon many people have had the same complaint and I really hope u resolve the issue.

Good place except for no air conditioning.

Good location. Can’t complain about the place as there weren't that many options due to the Olympics. The only few things that made it great was extremely hot when sleeping. Although they have Dyson standing fan and the room has a balcony that the door fully opens, it was roasting. The toilet was in a separate section than. The shower which was ok, but no windows or extraction fan. WiFi was a bit slow that couldn’t be able to stream the Olympics in my iPad. Train stations are 10 to 17 minutes away walking depending on which station was selected. Great restaurants, convenience stores and bakeries nearby.

Rooms were very clean and comfy, all the staff were very friendly, we only came back to sleep so perfect for what we needed. Accommodated 3 people in a double and single very easily, a fan was already provided in the room. Stairwells were a little scruffy but you could tell the rooms had been refurbished recently.

Great location and room, however there was no mention that we had to reserve a parking space when booking on Expedia so we couldn’t park! Also there were no curtains in the bedroom! Great apart from that.
