Check in was a breeze. Room was cozy but the light switch at the door wasn't working. The front desk was very helpful in finding access to a cork screw so we could enjoy our small bottle of wine. The bed was clean and comfortable with the exception of a plastic mattress cover that made it hot to sleep. The shower wasn't draining very fast so it's a good thing we don't take long showers. It was an excellent location to sight see and find what ended up to be our favorite bakery. All in all it was a good place to rest for the next days adventures.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s really close to the cadet metro station and the local bakery. There was lots of variety of shops nearby including a McDonald’s. The staff were very polite and could help with whatever we needed. We will be back again!

Awful hotel. Looks nothing like the photos. We had mold behind one of our beds, we asked to change rooms but were told to find somewhere else as there were no other rooms available. Lights didn’t work. Bathroom however was clean. Tiny towels. Lovely staff, very friendly, location is spot on. Right around the corner from the metro. Wouldn’t stay again though.

Seems to be newly refurbished and generally clean and tidy. Our room had weird electrics as the bathroom lights would dim or disco depending on how they felt. But otherwise all ok.

Reception area looked ok. Room was tiny, had booked a twin, 2 beds together made up as a double, my nephew sorted it himself. No extra pillows available. Very thin walls and noisy neighbouring property. Loud music and noisy sex until after 4am. Definitely not ideal for families!

Close to everything we needed. Lift broke down so had to use the stairs. Was 4 of us in a room and 1 bed had no pillow when we asked for the pillow it seemed an issue did find the check in man a bit abrupt at that point.

All fine for money paid - the only mega inconveniences were- bathroom not stocked properly - no toilet roll on two days - 2 hand towels only for two adults so couldn’t dry ourselves - 1 very thin flat pillow and the bathroom FLOODED every time you showered due to no shower curtain/screen and with no towels it was difficult to get ready without getting everything wet. Room Phone not working so couldn’t call reception to ask for supply’s. Receptionists very friendly and good location - again, for money we paid wasn’t bad but these things (should) could be easily fixed.

On our fourth of fifth day woke up to a mouse in our room (205), asked two different cleaners to remove it, then asked reception who changed our room & apologised but didn’t even remove, we only moved upstairs so I was nervous it’d climb up, our toilet was snapped and unsafe exposed wires

There was no safe. No TV: there was a broken one. Hotel wouldn't get it fixed or let us have a replacement room during our 7 day stay. The radiator leaked leaving puddles of water, so got wet feet when got out of bed. Ther ceiÄșing light didn't work. There was no working internet None of the problems we were reported were dealt with although on the 6th day workmen went in the room fitting new curtains bed head etc. The staff were friendly but not prepared to sort out the problems.

Nous Ă©tions un groupe de 7 personnes . Aucune chambre Ă©tait conforme . Pas de draps dans le Lit. Quasiment aucune chambre n’avait de taie d’oreiller . Les prises Ă©lectriques arrachĂ©es , et la majoritĂ© ne fonctionnent pas ! Les tĂ©lĂ©commandes TV Ă©taient ou manquantes ou dans un Ă©tat dĂ©labrĂ© avec du scotch dessus et crasseuses. Les serviettes de bains sales et dĂ©jĂ  utilisĂ©es ! Et le ponpon l’une des chambres n’avait mĂȘme pas d’eau dans la douche !!! Les chambres Ă©taient sales. Les sols sales . Malgres des rĂ©clamations personne ne rectifie le tir et la direction absente quand nous rĂ©clamons !

Personnel accueillant, hĂŽtel bien chauffĂ© mais salle de bain et huisseries vĂ©tustes. Une fuite d'eau nous a obligĂ© a renoncer Ă  la chambre quadruple que nous avions rĂ©servĂ©. Non capisco come siti seri di booking come Hotels.com permettano ancora di prenotare strutture orrende come questa che tutti votano 1. Siamo arrivati e la stanza non era abitabile: avevano messo due materassi singoli su un letto da 1 piazza e mezzo e un lettino tutti attaccati che non si poteva circolare, una luce era bruciata, il riscaldamento era spento e quando lo abbiamo aperto faceva continuamente rumore di acqua che scorre dentro, c'erano solo 2 prese, gli asciugamani messi dentro il cassetto della scrivania non utilizzabile. Dato che non c'era la minima sicurezza ed eravamo all'ultimo piano ho chiesto di cambiare camera che mi hanno dato il giorno successivo dove sĂŹ c'erano 3 letti singoli attaccati e si circolava meglio ma una luce era di nuovo la doccia non aveva la tenda e si bagnava tutto per terra, una luce bruciata, una delle 3 prese rotta e come sempre gli asciugami dentro il cassetto della scrivania. E poi mancava completamente di standing dato che il receptionista dormiva sul divano in entrata e spesso c'ernao personaggi che non si capiva chi fossero. Penso di non avere mai soggiornato in un posto peggiore e non Ăš degno di avere neanche una stella, altro che 3. E non vale un decimo del prezzo che comunque si fa pagare. Vergognoso!
