Excellent boutique hotel just 3-4 min walk from Paris Gare de Lyon train station, which made it so easy to get the metro all over Paris. Lively area but the room was very quiet, with a comfortable bed and room darkening curtains to get a good sleep after walking Paris all day. Staff is so friendly and helpful. I would happily return.

We stayed here for 3 nights my wife said it was one of the comfiest beds she has ever slept in on any hotel (and we have been lucky enough to stay in some rather fancy ones. Really well appointed bathroom. Paris hotels are not famed for their size but all 6ft 3” of me found this perfect. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to fix one small issue I had other hotels can learn from this 100% would stay again plus some really amazing neighbourhood restaurants within a 10 min walk of the hotel, safe area also.

A little tired but friendly

The lobby is a bit run down but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Gare de Nord is not so nice right around the station--but the location is centrally located and right near the metro. This is rated as a 4- star hotel. It is really 3.5 stars. Quiet street is a plus.

Conveniently located hotel away from the crowds. Staff were very friendly and attentive! Room was very comfortable and clean. Small (not tight) as expected in this city for the rate offered but a decent size compared to similar nearby hotels. This was perfect for my partner and I. Would stay here again.

Great location, helpful staff

Great little hotel - don't expect anything super spacious, but the location is fantastic with great proximity to the train station to get you just about anywhere you need to go. Lots of local restaurants, cafes with many open late. The breakfast was a bit less than I expected for the price, but it was still good quality.

The room is really lovely and clean and spacious. It gives that old hollywood vibe with the decor. Check-in and check-out were super easy. And the place is very quiet to its great to sleep.

Perfect Little Hotel

We chose the property for the location by the Gare De Lyon, walked there easily from the train. We were greeted warmly and our reservations were in order. Important note, breakfast is not included in your rate (but it's very good!)

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Gare de Lyon, which was very convenient coming from Lyon and heading to the airport. The hotel staff were great, upgrading our room to an executive room when our original booking wasn't available. The breakfast was good. The street was noisy for a ground floor room, though.

Central location and right next to Gare de Lyon. Room clean and well decorated. Great staff. Breakfast was nice. Only minor downside some receptionists not great speaking English but some were excellent. Highly recommend.

The hotel is right next to the train station „Gare de Lyon“, which makes it very comfortable and easy to access. The rooms are nice. However, first I got the room on the ground floor, right next to the breakfast area and right behind the breakfast kitchen. It got very noisy as of 6am. Also, the windows had „tempered glass foils“ on, means one could not see through. Upon request, they changed my room after the first night. Breakfast was nothing special, but ok. Unfortunately, the gym room is very sparely equipped.

If you are coming from CDG, know your commute by car will be long. If you are coming from Orly, you will probably reach in under 30 mins. There was construction right in front of the hotel, so it made going in and out hard. Especially since the grounds were like sandish/mud due to the constant rain. Not good for suitcases. And I’m not entirely sure it was mentioned when reviewing the hotel initially. The hotel is steps away from Gare de Lyon, which is connected to everything. Absolutely loved that. Note it is about 40 mins via train from the Eiffel area. Also 1.25 hrs from Versailles. (Tip- get the day pass for zones 1-4. You can use that for the whole day and it will cover transportation to and from Versailles) The majority of the staff were pretty helpful. Decor was beautiful and matched the pictures. Though the ease and use of certain things were lacking. The room had a lip at the door, that if you weren’t conscious of you could easily trip. The only full length mirror in the room was on the wall where you hung your clothes. Thus blocked when something was hanging so not usable. Speaking for my room alone, it was extremely dusty. The bedding was consistently stained and the mattress protector honestly needs to be thrown away. The shower head was also in terrible condition and appeared to not have been washed in a long time. Due to the cleanliness that we personally experienced for the room, I cannot say that we will stay here again.
