Absence of air condition made that stay unbearable

The absence of the possibility to lower the temperature in the room made the stay unbearable. During one night in the middle of October there was close to 30 degrees in the room. The good thing was that the staff provided a mobile fan to alleviate the heat. However, the overall standard of the hotel was very poor.

Really nice stay,about 15min from paris centre by train. Area was ok .walked about 300 meretre to hotel Could have iffered exra pillows as ones provided were v small

There was no boiler in the room so i couldn't take tea or coffee i had to go downstairs to get wa water amd had to buy a thermos to keep my warm water. The cleaners were not regular and they stole my items; head band, hair oils. They stole 2 bottles that i brought and they were gone. They should not steal from customers so i was so disappointed. I am yet to check my jewelery. I hope they didn't steal it!

Bien trop cher et décevant

Les chambres sont très petites, et pas de rangement, manque de gel douche, seul point positif, c’était propre. Les cartes pour ouvrir les chambres ne fonctionnaient pas, donc aucune liberté sans déranger quelqu’un de l’accueil qui devait nous accompagner chaque fois pour ouvrir. A 6h du matin, dimanche, alarme incendie parce que quelqu’un fumait dans sa chambre, encore un problème technique. Au petit déjeuner, aucun pain spécial du boulanger, uniquement des petits pains précuits, du pain de mie et de la brioche industrielle. J’ai demandé s’il était possible de voir les infos durant le petit déjeuner, là encore, problème technique, la télé n’a apparemment jamais fonctionné. De plus lors du paiement, impossible de payer avec des chèques vacances. Bref, je ne comprends pas la notation de 8/10, il mériterait plutôt 5, mais juste parce que le personnel était sympa et serviable.

Super hôtel.

Hôtel propre, super accueil, toujours disponible pour un renseignement, literie confortable. Hôtel très bien situé métro proche qui vous transporte dans les plus grands axe de paris. Je recommande vivement.

Le nom et l'adresse de l'hôtel ne sont pas les bons sur Hotel.com. Le numéro civique est 9 et non 14 et le nom de l'hotel est Hôtel Kyriad Paris Nord Porte de Saint Ouen. Par chance, c'est tout près et nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté à trouver.

Behoorlijke kamer, slecht ontbijt

Kamers en badkamer klein maar normaal voor deze prijs. Voor de rest wel proper al zou een kleerkast(je) wel welkom zijn. tip : Plaats een kleine kleerkast en zet het bureau voor het raam. Ontbijt was slecht tot zeer slecht (geen échte croissants, brood was niet vers, eieren niet lekker vers, weinig variatie, geen broodrooster om het minder verse brood eventueel te toasten. s'Avonds veel ratten op weg naar de metro. Kamer wel proper, metro op een 5 tal minuten stappen, personeel vriedelijk aan de balie, weinig gemotiveerd in de keuken...
