the quiet times were never observed and no effort was made to ensure that it was reasonably quiet at night. The breakfast was too small for an adult to feel adequately full. If this is the kind of breakfast you're after, the price is too high.

There was no hot water in our bathroom. The toilet smelled and there were mysterious stains that made it hard to know how clean it was. It was generally very noisy. The beds looked clean enough, creaky, but the standard I would expect from a hostel.
Large gap beneath the door and probably quite thin walls make for bad soundproofing. You could hear everyone walking up and down the nearby staircase. There was also a trail of ants constantly traversing our corridor.
Generally rather shabby looking. Someone had stuck some rubbish in the space between the walk and the fitting for the railing.
The building looks run-down, tired, and in need of repairs.
The curtains don't quite cover the windows sometimes.

If you are looking for a clean affordable stay in Paris, this is it. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a hostel not a Five Star Resort. But what it does, it does well. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The property was somewhat rundown, not just old, but a bit neglected. The location was very convenient, minutes away from the Metro. It was easy to get to the featured places on foot or by public transportation. Based on the location we got our monies worth.

It’s a very depressing hostel. With the same amount of money you paid for a private room here, you could have found a decent hotel not too far from Montmartre.

Stayed three nights at the end of a family tour through Northern Europe. A decent, basic place to stay at the base of Montmartre and near two metro stations. Bedroom was spacious and clean. No enclosure for shower meant water went absolutely everywhere and there was evidence of water damage and potential mould in bathroom.

I refuse to check in after seeing the room . This Hostel/Apartment Has no Airconditioner and has not provided any Standing Fan in June hot weather . They Provided me 4th floor room for my family has no elevator/lift in the Building with wooden and uneven circular stairs anyone understand my situation, no support from rhe front desk manager . I booked for 3 days but I was try to check out same day but refused to refund my balance . I complained to expedia about my refund and emailed to the property manager but no updaes from them . I will not recommend this for families with kids . Goodluck .

Wonderful atea safe and very good to eat cheaply. Hostel is very basic but clean and accurate. Close to metro. Easy walk to guard de Nord. We were there for Olympics do extremely handy for stade fe France. We paid well over it's worth but it was the Olympics.

Comfortable nights stay

The room was huge, with two double beds, and a big bathroom with walk in shower. We were very comfortable, but the air conditioning wouldn't turn on so the room was a little hot. Also, storage was in the form of small lockers that needed coins to use - we didn't need them because we stayed just one night, but if we had stayed longer storage would have been good.

All their rooms had bed bugs or were booked and they turned us away in the night to find a place to stay elsewhere with no help in getting a refund

The room was nothing like it was shown in Expedia. The room was dirty with blood stains on the floor and wall. The floor was sticky. The sheets and towels had stains. Had to get them replaced. There's no AC which is fine, but no fan either. Our room was on a busy street with a street light right outside. We had to keep the windows open to let some air in without a fan, but the noise made it hard to get any sleep. The door lock didn't work, so everytime we needed to go to the room, somebody from the front desk had to open it for us. Only one outlet in the room worked. Even though they said the room was non smoking, I could feel smoke. Overall a terrible nights stay. Would avoid at all costs.

Das beste an dem Hostel ist, wenn man schnell wieder raus geht und in das Café PinPin um die Ecke geht. Da gibt es leckere Croissants und guten Café 👍 zum Schlafen kann man dann wieder ins Hostel, das Personal ist ganz nett, alles andere unterirdisch. Paris ist zwar legendär für schlechte Unterkünfte zu völlig überteuerten Preisen, aber dieses Hostel ist definitiv eines der schlimmsten.also genießt den Tag lieber draußen in der Stadt.
