Very comfortable bed and clean room plus nice lounge & bar area in reception. Staff were all very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good with a large selection of yogurts, cereals, delicious pastries, eggs, bacon & breads etc.

Entrance area was lovely. Very warm and welcoming and beautifully decorated. The lady on reception was friendly and helpful. Our room was fine, very basic. The bed was comfortable and clean but it was freezing cold. We just couldn’t get it to warm up, which wasn’t nice because my 2 year old had a really bad cold and cough. We didn’t use any other facilities as arrived late and checked out early. There was bottled water in the room but no coffee making facilities which was disappointing. Luckily the nice lady in reception gave me a cup of warm milk for my daughter :-)

Great hotel.

Arrived on the first day to less than impressive service at the front desk. Most staff very kind and helpful, but one or two could do with being a little more friendly or enthusiastic. Was met, initially, with blunt and lazy service at the front desk. However, from there the service only picked up. Other staff extremely kind, room cleaned well, was in top condition when we arrived in it, the air con is great. Could do with better advertisement for the Spa and Fitness Room as we were not aware of them before it was too late. Area around the hotel a little hectic, many on the street attempting to sell stuff to you with an urgent intensity which was a little off-putting, but if you ignore them you’ll generally be ok.

Morgenbuffet var lækkert og i et super hyggeligt atmosfære/ omgivelser. Personalet var søde, smilende og hjælpsomme. Tæt på metro og indkøb. Værelser lidt små og uden garderobe til tøj som eneste lille minus men plads er jo en mangelvare i midtbyen.

This was a small, quaint, and very nice hotel. Getting there from Gare Nord was a bit of a walk which is fine, but the neighbourhood is very busy and noisy so be prepared for that. Once inside the hotel it was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Only downside was that rooms do not offer small fridges, but staff will give you ice buckets if requested. Staff was very friendly at all hours and speak english for smooth transactions and conversations. Would absolutely stay again!

The staff at this hotel is very kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room was also absolutely tiny, if you are traveling with more than a backpack you will have no place to open the suitcase without occupying the whole floor. The balcony door cannot open without hitting the bed. So…tiny is the key here. There is no minibar or room safe. Now, when you go outside…the area is colorful and dynamic. It was pointed out to us that we were in a bad neighborhood by a cabbie, being from Chicago sometimes you don’t wanna judge right off the bat. But, yes, it’s not entirely a safe-feeling neighborhood. We usually like to stay in the 18th but didn’t realize that a few blocks would make such a strange difference - noted!

Aside from the immediate surrounding property, within 5 minutes of walking, you reach beautiful historical areas with lots of people, dining, and music. The hotel is in a very nice location. The hotel is nicely done on the inside and the air conditioning is wonderful. I wouldn’t have changed anything about the stay.

POSIZIONE: L’hotel si trova in una posizione molto buona: la fermata della metro è praticamente di fronte la struttura e il cuore di Montmartre è raggiungibile con 10/15 minuti a piedi. CAMERA: La camera è molto carina, anche se non molto spaziosa. Il balconcino è un bel plus. PERSONALE: Il personale della reception è gentile e disponibile.

Our room was small but well organized and very clean. The personnel were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the neighborhood contains some rough spots, especially at the nearest metro entrance. This limited evening activities. One of our party had a neck chain snatched right in front of the hotel entry. While the chain was recovered, the experience marred a fine stay.
