Decor is nice, rooms are spacious and location is great. Front desk lovely and helpful and friendly. Would stay here again. However, the cleaning is an issue, we had our room properly made 1 day (Saturday morning), Sunday no one did the room, so on Monday we asked the front desk to make sure someone did the room, and when we got back it was only half done. Such a shame. Only other point is the towels are tiny, and if they don’t make your room you don’t get any fresh towels, as only two in the room which I don’t think is enough, especially in cold months.

Not your usual, and that was great!

Amazing hotel and an amazing location

The location was perfect. A lot of restaurants near by and close to a lot of attractions. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff was very kind. The bed was amazing (on the firm side). The room was spacious compared to other hotels we have stayed in previously. Overall we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for one day. The staff is very kind and gave us a warm welcome. The room is very clean and spacious. You can watch netflix on the tv and use there fast free wifi. In the room you have a Nespresso machine to drink coffee. You also have a possibility to book breakfast. I recommend this hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet street with several restaurants and shops in the area. There is a metrostation at five min walking. We would book this hotel again!

Pleasant stay, Super service! Highly Recommended!

The staffs we encountered were all friendly and welcoming, when we checked in the staff showed us around and offered free coffee, drinks, pastries and fruits. It also offers luggage storage service, our things were all safe, nothings missing. The location is central and the room is comfortable, although there was water leaking out of the shower, making the bathroom floor wet. We talked to the staff about it and they sent someone to fix it the next day. We realised a stain on the blanket at 23:30 when we were ready for bed, we called the front desk and he brought new sheets and protectors straight away, we were amazed by the service provided in this hotel, we felt valued and being taken care of. Even though it’s not 100 percent perfect, but we will surely be back when ever we are back in Paris.

Small but lovely!

Great location near restaurants. Daily French breakfast was a wonderful addition. Staff was friendly and helpful the entire time. The only downside was the size of the room and elevator. Elevator could barely hold two people with luggage and we were on the 6th floor. The bathroom door could not fully open without hitting the toilet. Great place! Just small. Would stay again.

The room we stayed in felt really dark as there wasn’t much lighting. That said it was a very beautiful room and the staff were lovely and very helpful when we ran into a problem. Only other issue was there was some slight staining on the bathtub but it didn’t affect us

Good, but expected more

Really great location of the hotel, and the lobby looks very nice. Our room looked nice, but it will all depend on what room you have. We had a deluxe room, and it was styled in a redish color, which we think made it look older than it probably was. Everything looks nice and the rooms are very well equipped. Beds were actually really comfy in the deluxe rooms, but really hard and uncomfortable in the believed classic room Do NOT get fooled by the "sound isolated room", cause they were far from it. From steps, to coughs, talking etc. You can hear all of it really well. Our doors and locks were really janky, and we had problems closing and locking doors. We also had huge problems with their TV, as they did not work. Their service was really good, as they moved us to 3 different rooms, cause they wanted us to have a functional TV. This kind of ruined our experience with the hotel, as we were only there for 5 nights. The last room we got, was actually a classic room, which means we got a cheaper room even though we paid for a deluxe. Overall the service was really good, although they had a few workers there who barely spoke English. This might not be the best hotel for non-french speakers. One of the workers even gave us a bit attitude, and did not seem to wanna assist us. Small issues aside, we would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a calm and relaxing stay, with nice looking rooms, and comfortable bedding.
