I visited Paris for the first time in January 2026 and stayed two weeks at the Marriott Paris Opera Ambassador Hotel. My sister and I chose it for its location, quality, and value, and I was completely satisfied with my stay. I would gladly return on my next trip. While many reviewers mention the excellent location for shopping, sightseeing, and dining, what impressed me most was the outstanding service. The front desk team provided a warm and efficient check‑in, and housekeeping was consistently thorough, even in areas often overlooked. I have high standards for cleanliness, and I appreciated seeing that furniture was moved to clean behind it. My greatest thanks go to the staff at SIXTINE. They created a welcoming, home‑like atmosphere every morning. Linh and Sawan were especially attentive and kind during breakfast. Linh prepared a cup of hot milk for me each day, just as I drink at home, and Sawan always checked in to see how he could help. The comfortable environment and high‑quality breakfast made me choose to dine there every morning. The only improvement I would suggest is more consistent control of the shower water temperature.

I booked three nights for my mom who had three heart attacks and is recovering. As we were getting ready to leave, she had a very strong cold and the doctor recommended we do not travel for at least a few months. Yes, it was a non refundable fare, but I did secure a letter from her cardiologist and Expedia called to ask to refund or change the dates. They absolutely refused in the must rude manner. We had three rooms, it was a LOT of money for us, but I guess that manners are not in the menu at this location. I am a Bonvoy Titanium Elite , but even if I was not, they could have been more courteous and decent. Very sad that the Marriott brand has come to this. Unforgivable. It was my mom's wish to visit the museums, her illness and your rudeness made it a very sad Christmas.

Reliable Option near Metro

The hotel is located well for using the Metro systems for travel. It has old world details but is modernized-the elevators stand out as an exception. The breakfast is wonderful with many options. There are common areas where families can relax after a long day to enjoy board games. The concierge was excellent at helping with transportation and other arrangements. Ask him to reserve transport to the airport in advance. Be aware that many large tour groups stay at this hotel. Be prepared to guard your breakfast room seat and grab a cab looking around a row of large tour buses.
