Spacious, bright, new, clean, well appointed, excellent airconditioning in both bedrooms and main area, good elevator, comfortable beds, great neighbourhood with plentiful restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores nearby. Finicky front door scanner but staff responded quickly when called. WiFi went down near end of stay otherwise good. Would easily stay again.

It is a small apartment type room so it is a little tight in spots but overall it was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is centrally located in Chinatown close to restaurants, shops, markets, and public transportation. The room is clean but could've been better...hair in some areas but nothing too bad. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable but not the couch bed...its uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on. The airconditioning doesn't blow very cold but good enough once all doors and blinds are shut to keep out the sunlight...the hot water remains luke warm...so not hot showers...I learned the hot water is on a central heating system... but our showers were still good enough after a long day outside. Communication with the hosts and front desk employee was great. Overall, this stay was a 4/5 and Id stay here again!

Pros: Spacious & clean Cons: QR code to get in the building and room doesn’t work properly, so you may get locked out of the building. Staff is only there during night time. The location is 37-40 min metro ride away from everything

Really great experience here - we stayed a week, with 4 kids so a kitchen was key in my mind. Also great to have a washer in the apt. Location was great as well, lots of great food within a block or two, grocery stores, boulangerie and the metro stop very close by as well.

This place was truly remarkable. I travel a lot. I have never stayed in a place that was done so thoughtfully. Every single thing was thought through. We felt safe. The place was impeccably clean. Lots of great dining choices nearby. This is definitely my go-to from now on when staying in Paris
