โA beautiful view overlooking a stunning beach. The room was lovely and the staff couldnt do enough for you. All staff were polite and courteous. The food was amazing in particular the Sunday Roast and the breakfasts. We would highly recommend and cant wait to go back. Thank you to all the staff for making it an exceptional holiday!โ
โThis was our second visit and we werenโt disappointed. Fabulous hotel, very family friendly and for those looking for a quiet break - it suits everyone. Canโt find any faults. What really makes this hotel stand out though are the team they have working there who all provide an exceptional and friendly service. โ
โBeautiful location with great views over the bay! The path down to the beach is handy for beach days or a walk along the front.
The hotel has everything you need, we had the self catering room which was perfect for kids.
Bus stops are right outside the hotel for travel to the airport and St Helier.

โMy wife and I stayed at the Greenhills for a week in June 2025. The short walk through the immaculate and beautiful gardens from the car park set the tone for our stay. Attention to detail is everything here. The hotel is beautiful inside, the staff attentive, considerate, kind and knowledgeable. We ate in the AA two rosette dining room and sampled both the a la carte and table dโhote menus during our stay the food was wonderful, the wines superb. โA lovely hotel, very relaxed and chilled. Beautiful pool with loungers. We had a balcony overlooking the sea, which was great. Fabulous breakfasts, lots of choices and evening meals were very good. We were very impressed by the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. If we go back to Jersey weโd definitely stay again. โ
โThe general standard of the hotel was first class and the staff could not have been more helpful in every respect. The standard of food in the restaurant was so much better than the local restaurants and the offered a variation to suit everyone. I would find it very hard to fault this hotel. โ
โGreat location! So close to everything: shopping, restaurants, taxis and busses. The room was great, too. Decor all updated. The bed was perfect (on the harder side). Would absolutely stay here again. โ
โSmooth checkin. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great breakfast! Twin room suited our needs queen sized beds would have been better but beds were comfortable. 5th floor room quiet. Restaurant used 2 out of 4 nights and food was very good.

โThe staff are lovely. Breakfast was very good. We had a sea view room, which was great ( opening patio windows). The bus stop is nearby and the service is regular. M&S food around the corner. Great value for money. โ
โIf I have a complaint it would be the shower,
Itโs a little unsafe when two 80 year olds climbing into the bath,with no handles for assistance.โ
