"As with many properties these days since Covid, the servicing of the room is very poor. It is amazing how management has taken one of the best group of workers and turned them into some of the worst group of workers. Of course this is all in the name of greed and recognizing what they got away with during Covid. So they charge $25.00to have your sheets changed. They didn’t inform me of this although they said they did and will not remove the charge. The greed of upper management and ownership continues. "

"The pictures online is not what you get, it was very outdated. The front desk never came to fix our TV or the broken blinds. We called several times. The front desk person was also rude! I tried calling hotels.com to report the problem but never could reach them."

Should have anticipated this & brought in coffee for guests with their breakfast. Poor planning on staff’s part. Tried calling the front desk & manager repeatedly…kept getting busy signal. Went to front desk & staff just sitting & NOT on the phone. Disappointing. "
