"It’s definitely a great place and I had a great time but for the price you’re paying and for the 5 stars it has there are quite a few things that come to mind that aren’t that great. Having no real options for 3 people to house in a room was annoying since the third person has to sleep on a sleep sofa type thing. Light switches weren’t working properly and some lights were making weird noises. If you’re a 3 people group you only got drinks for two people and same with the bathrobe and slippers....

"Wow! We’ve just left Mitsis Alila after a perfect week. The hotel is immaculate and the staff go above and beyond to look after you. There is so much choice of places to eat and drink, and they haven’t compromised on quality. The pizza bar on the beach was a personal favourite. We rarely go back to the same hotel twice, but we’ll definitely be returning!"

"Adult only hotel set in the hills. Main part of hotel with bars and restaurants at the lower part of the ‘village’ with a handy shop Alongside. For those with mobility issues you would have to wait for the bus which goes round every 15/20 mins. Otherwise a hilly and step Walk can be overcome. Great breakfasts - so much selection. Probdbly the best in Europe we’ve seen. Only had one evening meal but was Asian night and was excellent. Good food at poolside bar. Two Pools with lounger service....

"Great resort with brilliant food and drink. Just a shame I booked a room with a pool to find I was sharing the pool with families with children. I assumed booking adults on resort really meant all the way throughout the resort. Staff on the front desk aren’t very helpful as they don’t explain facilities well ect and booking restaurants. "
