"Our room with four double beds worked for four of us for one night. It was clean but the air con didn't work properly. The shower was excellent. Would consider staying again with a group of friends."

"This property is clean, convenient and accessible if you are staying in London. The restaurant in the hotel is lovely and staff were excellent! A little bit loud as close to the hospital but would definitely stay again."

"GREAT location and once they changed our rooms from a view of the trash bins, the park view was nice. The interior of the hotel is dark… kind of grim. Hotel is clean, quiet at night, and the beds were very comfortable. We only had breakfast and dinner there once during our 6-night stay. Both were OK… much better to eat out!"

"Bedroom was lovely and service was great. We enjoyed the restaurant, room service and the bar, everything was great. We enjoyed turndown service as well- only ask was ice in the room at turn down would be nice."

"Room was small and clean enough. Bathroom was an outdated some rust and cracks and was some crumbs in our bath tub & a little smelly. Staff were ok, helped but not overly happy or enthusiastic.the biggest disappointment was needing to pay to keep your luggage in the holding room as couldn’t check in till 3pm, I think it is ridiculous that you should to pay to store your luggage when already paying over £100 for a room especially when asking for £10 per bag! That is a lot of money for a family visiting for 2 days! I have never had to pay to keep luggage stored in other hotels."
