Checked in online and at kiosk at around 7pm and room wasn’t available. Had to wait in line to see what the problem was. Was checked in but the room that I had booked wasn’t available any more so was put in another tower. Arrived to my room and the entrance light did not work.

"We checked in and asked for a crib. When the crib was brought to the room, it had mold all over it. When asked for another crib, they told us that all they had was dirty, and it made us itch all over. So we couldn't sleep, so we left after about 2 hours and headed back home.
