The air conditioner was very difficult to operate and stopped running in the middle of the night. next morning we were running late because we didn’t sleep well. Checkout was 1100. At 11:10 and 1120 we got impatient phone calls from reception. Even though there was no cleaning staff on the floor. we checked out at 11:25 and again we’re lectured by the receptionist.
