We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, fresh-smelling, and comfortable, making it a pleasure to come back to after a day of exploring. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and lovely boutiques, which made everything very convenient. A special thank you to our host, Eleni, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. She made us feel very welcome and was always available when we needed anything. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located stay with a warm and welcoming host. We left with wonderful memories and would love to return!

Eleni was a great host, very welcoming and very friendly, The accomodation was very clean and very easy to access. We could contact Eleni at anytime via WhatsApp if needed including help with car parking. The area was relatively quiet and just one street back from the main area. We will def come back and stay here again! Thankyou so much :)

A Great Stay in Paros

Our room was recently refurbished, clean and comfortable. The owner was very involved in making sure we had a good stay, even lent us beach towels for a day at a beach. The modern A/C kept the room as cool as we wanted. We would stay here again.

This place is great for basic, clean, and comfortable accommodations. No restaurant, no bar, no swimming pool, and no bay or sea views, but it’s only a block from the water, so a very short stroll to a small beach, shops, cafes, and restaurants. If you arrive on the ferry, it’s about a 10-15 minute walk. The boardwalk along the harbor has some smooth tiles for rollaboard bags, but the next 5 minutes or so will involve rough pavement, so plan accordingly. The owner recently spent a small fortune upgrading the premises and it shows. Everything looks new, modern, upgraded, etc. The rooms are accessed the old fashioned way with an actual key. You’ll get two. The second one is for opening the main door to the lobby which is locked at night. My room was cooled by a mini-split which did a great job of making it comfortable even when hot outside. I even had a small patio outside my room. There was also a mini-fridge, a hot water kettle, and hair dryer. No coffee maker (unless you like instant) and no clothes iron. We did see signs for a laundromat 8-10 minutes away walking distance. The neighborhood is very quiet as it’s north of the ferry terminal and most of the nightlife is to the south. The bus terminal is also right next to the ferries and you can get nearly anywhere on the island for about €4-5 round-trip.

Awsome place and owner

We were in town for a wedding and this was just a block away from the beach and despite the distance on a map it was only a 10-15 min walk to the other side of the port P.s. don’t let the car rental people deter you from a taxi! Don’t get a car from the port. The owner will rent to you at a better price typically. Most stuff is cheaper a few blocks from the port

Vassiliki Rooms hotel is a very clean, well-maintained, pleasant, reasonably priced, extremely convenient, and a very warm and welcoming place to stay. Only 10-minute walk from the ferry. The Livadia Beach in Parikia is a couple of blocks away. Restaurants, groceries. stores, bakeries, cafes, bars are all within walking distance and offer a very large variety of choices. The Old Town is near the waterfront and offers a large selection of stores for shopping as well as more restaurants. What we really thoroughly enjoyed at the Vassiliki Rooms was meeting the owner, Eleni, an upbeat, warm and charming young lady! She treated her customers with respect and care and made each one of us feel as if she were there to take take of just you, even though she was always fully booked. She always had a smile and took time to ask you if you needed anything. She made sure you had all the information you needed to get to a certain destination and then she recommended places to eat and things to do when you got there. Eleni is very sweet and when you leave Vassiliki Rooms, you feel you left a friend behind. We certainly did! We loved Eleni and her place. If we go back to Paros, we'll stay there again. We highly recommend Vassiliki Rooms.

We had a wonderful 2 day stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable and just a short walk from the port and old town. There were restaurants close by and a small cafe for breakfast a couple of doors down, and you're 1 street back from the beach. Very convenient location for us. Just be aware that the bathroom, while very nice, is also very small, and the walk-in shower meant that everything got wet. (But no reason to mark them down - still 5⭐)
