"It is the one of the biggest and luxurious hotels of the region."

"The staff did not send us the check in info early enough. We booked a day before. We had to call them, email them, Whatsapp them, and no answer. We ended up contacting Expedia who nudged them and we finally got an email giving the info right as we were waiting at the door.. Not even an apology was given. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and brand new. AC and fans are great. Showers and toiletries are great. However, it is a pity that the room reeked of sewage smells that made it hard to...

"Great stay"

"Great location and view from rooftop bar is incredible!"

"Great location"

"Hotel staff were extremely helpful. We arrived just before sunset - the sat nav got us there perfectly and there was free parking. Would suggest getting there before sunset there are windy roads and to enjoy the lovely view. Come well equipped as this is off the beaten path."

"Excellent service Clean room Friendly staff "

"Very nice location and super nice crew"

"There was nothing in the room except for the bare minimum. Towels and a shower kit. No kettle or glasses/cups. No cutlery. If I was looking for more than somewhere to sleep then this would have disappointed me. Shame I couldn’t make myself a coffee this morning."

"Very friendly staff and comfortable stay"

"Nice hotel. Breakfast buffet was above average."

"Very clean, and breakfast was very good"

"Clean room, nice location👍"

"Lovely hotel, close to everything."

"Nice place"

"Located right by the Alhambra, the hotel has an excellent location for tourists who are coming to see the site. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast was excellent, and they provided gluten free options for my wife. The hotel is located at the top of the hill above the Alhambra so walking to other areas in the city was a bit of a journey, and the return trip is a climb. But the walk is beautiful. For those who do not want to walk, there is a convenient taxi...

"Good location, it’s take 20minutes walk to Albraham, room is clean and comfortable."

"Very clean room, nice staff"

"Nice rooms. Excellent staff"

"The location is central with easy access to restaurants and attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable. The common area had a refrigerator and microwave as well as coffee and tea, and water, beer and soft drinks were available for a price comparable to those in the convenience stores in the area. Our hostess Monica gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, stores and interesting places to explore."
