“I would not stay here again. Communication prior to arrival was non existent after multiple attempts through email, WhatsApp, phone calls and IG. The transportation and tour booking help that was promised in their description was therefor not met. Upon arrival I mentioned this and the response from the manager was that yes, this is known issue but there was nothing they could do. “Wonderful, accommodating, and attentive staff!! Beautiful lodge and rooms. Jungle and gorgeously landscaped flowering grounds surround the lodge. The food was delicious and in ample amounts. We did the snorkeling trip to Cano island and the hike in Corcovado park. Saw lots of wildlife on both, though even at the lodge we saw Macaws, a Toucan, Capuchin monkeys, and a large snake climbing a tree!
