This time, there were too many issues, which I have submitted to the hotel on their feedback firm and I was very verbal too with complaints. "A little Oasis in the centre of town. Small. Budget. Location excellent for access to the Harbour and the Western lines if you're on foot. The intersection outside doubles as a taxi rank if you're not. Inside is clean, well maintained. Staff are helpful and friendly. (I think there are more of them than rooms). Would happily stay here again."

Upon checking in, we sat for 5 minutes deciding if it was worth staying there despite it being a little dirty, come to see a bug crawling on the bed. We immediately checked out. The hotel will not answer the phones for Expedia and therefore we cannot get a refund. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT STAY HERE. "

Dhriya from reception and Vaishnavi, our floor manager ensured that check-in was as smooth as possible, and the personal touches they arranged made our wedding anniversary a memorable experience. The food, cleanliness, and customer service are second to none, and we will be returning whenever we visit Mumbai. Shreyas in the poolside dining area also made our final breakfast extra special by arranging a cake for us. "
