The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient.

OK stay

It was an OK stay, the room is very spacious, though has an old setting but we just slept there so it didn't really matter. We asked for a cleaning and put the request using the note on the door handle however there was no cleaning done. If you are a family I think it provides all the basic needs you will have at a good price.

Highly recommend this fantastic value for money!

I was starting to feel that there were no honest descriptions of holiday accommodations on these hotel apps anymore but thankfully WellApartments not only lived up to their description but thoroughly surpassed it with flying colours. My wife and I would stay here again without hesitation. If only there were more like this wonderful place!

Very spacious and easy parking. It was nice to be a little far from the center city since it was a very quiet neighborhood. There was free parking at the property so if you have a car, I think this is the perfect place to stay in when visiting Valencia

It was clean, comfortable, and great parking. We were able to drive to surrounding areas without the hassle of dealing with a paid parking structure. There was a grocery store next door and the little cooking area in the room was perfect for breakfast. Really helpful check in staff and the washer/dryer option in the basement was very good.

We got lost due to the repairs into the area in Valencia. The concierge was able to guide and help us to get to places was kind and patience. Places was very good

It would be nice to have parking for the hotel. The restaurants downstairs monopolized all parking. I had to park my rental in a roundabout on the grass. An ATM on the premises would have been nice and a coffee maker or instant coffee with cream and sugar packets would have been great. The hotel was clean, the staff kind and courteous, we felt safe and welcomed

Pros: Room was big enough for 4 people. Climatised clean corridor Good reception. Quick Check in and check out Cons Bathroom was freaky. The bath area made of ceramic was making some cracking noise Toilet water was leaking Not enough amenities Oven was very close to wash basin No good restaurants near by Very less public Transport. Bar outside was not preferred by me as I could hear much noise inside my room

Room it’s nothing that I was expecting and what’s presented on the pictures it’s not mentioned about enormous stairs living it’s at one floor and bedroom to another floor , sheets been terrible with other people hair left on, kitchen not equipped fully staff tried unsuccessfully to give us a kettle for making coffee dishes are old and not very clean, bed it’s coming out from the closet and feet was broken, floor was flooded before probably and was filled with bumps, in bathroom they put hand wash instead of shower gel and no shampoo which it’s normal to have it in any hotel room, cover from the sofa was unwashed as it was having smell of cigarettes we found a bin bag in the bathroom full of cigarettes and garbage so staff was not clean proper before us we refuse the room as the staff didn’t help us with anything but the management didn’t bother to help us with another room and not even next day when apparently other rooms supposed to be available by their saying at the ground floor it’s a bar and all night people drink and make lots of noise and you cannot rest yourself by 2-3 a clock at night but the most important it’s that management didn’t do anything to help us and to make our stay comfortable and night staff it’s completely unprepared for the job I would never stay again there, answer from management was to pay us money back which it’s unfair because to get room somewhere else last minute it’s expensive but it will be profitable for them AVOID THIS PROPERTY IF YOU CAN.
