The villa looks brand new inside and out with nice little details found everywhere. Location is great, 2 min from center and 2 min from Meloi (with car) which is nice beach. "I traveled to Patmos with my 2 daughters via ferry. We arrived at 2am, and Nicholas and his son met us there with kind faces and a bottle of water. They drove us the short distance to the studios. During our stay, they were the most accommodating. Our rooms were clean and had everything we could need. I highly recommend!! They are the best. "

"With had a room with private pool which was lovely. The room was a good size and had a lounge area which was also spacious, as was the patio. The staff were all delightful and always extremely helpful and did try to resolve issues when we pointed them out. Breakfast is a buffet and there was a huge choice which they kept well stocked and refilled quite quickly. The communal pool is lovely but seemed to hardly be used which was great for me. I also had a treatment at the spa which was expensive...
