Horrivel, não se hospedem

Foi péssimo, começou o rapaz deu um quarto com hóspedes, não tinha luz no centro do quarto, o rapaz tentou trocar e não conseguiu, primeiro não quis trocar pq achava que não tinha e não nos trocaria de quarto pq estava lotado. Quando foi trocar perguntou se nós podíamos trocar a lâmpada, depois de negarmos ele trocou e não funcionou. De forma mágica ele conseguiu outro quarto. Pedi talheres pq havia pedido comida e ele negou, pq o restaurante estava fechado. Quando fui fazer o check out ele me cobrou bem mais abaixo do que havia pago, pena que eu já tinha pago no app do hotéis.com. Atendente disse que na internet era mais caro Péssimo, não se hospedem

O bom do hotel é que possui uma excelente localização no centro da cidade, além do quarto estar muito limpo e cheiroso quando chegamos. O que tenho a reclamar é a respeito do atendimento. Pedi que me passassem o o cardápio e os valores das refeições no restaurante, bem como o preço dos alimentos no frigobar e etc, mas fui embora do hotel sem saber. Além disso, a pior parte foi que no anúncio contratamos um quarto, e chegando lá nos deparamos com um quarto completamente diferente do que estava no anúncio.

Pelo valor, imaginávamos que teriamos uma estadia mais confortável. Havia baratas mortas no corredor quando levantamos para o café da manhã. O café da manhã é regular, a ruim. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Fui pedir shampoo e me oferecem três opções diferentes para comprar! não tinham as amostras grátis, custo x benefício abaixo do padrão.

Decepcionado com o Hotel

Pelo hotel esperava mais, o quarto e a cama muito bons, o banheiro NOJENTO matei duas baratas, tinha e mofo no box do banheiro, café da manha era regular, recepção excelente, estacionamento também bom, uma pena que a limpeza deixa muito a desejar.
